Is it Summer yet?

So, I heard that the groundhound saw his shadow today... are you kidding me?? Six more weeks of Winter? That is disappointing to me because I love to be outside exploring, chasing things, playing ball and doing all the things a dog wants in the Summer...

Like playing in the pool with Mom!





Instead, today I am laying inside, because even though it looks nice and sunny...boy, it is cold!
I guess I will just have to soak up the rays from inside the warm house today.

I mean, I suppose Winter isn't so bad. The snow is fun to roll around in when it is powdery soft. Sometimes, I go exploring when my humans forget to put on my "red collar." I have free range without the wretched thing on!





 I also enjoy a little ice fishing here and there during the Winter.

But, nothing beats Summer: sunshine, a ball and a beer! (a beer for Mom, of course)
